How does the color-changing effect work?
The mug is completely black when cold. When you pour in the coffee, the map, the names and the date appear. As it cools, the design fades again, ready for the next cup.
How do I personalize the mug?
Right on the product page. Search for your place, type in the names and date, and see a live preview before you add the mug to the cart. What you see is what you get.
Which places can I choose?
Anywhere in the world. Where you met, your first date, your first home, where you got engaged. Any place where your story started.
How long does delivery take?
Every mug is printed to order, which takes about 3 business days, then ships free. Most orders arrive 4 to 6 business days after you order. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Will it arrive in time for her birthday?
Most orders arrive 4 to 6 business days after you order. For a birthday, anniversary or holiday, order at least 7 business days ahead to be safe.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
We recommend hand-washing to keep the color-changing effect working as long as possible. Avoid scouring pads and harsh detergents.
Can I buy two of the same?
Yes. Lots of couples get one each. Just choose “2 mugs” on the product page.
What if I spelled a name or date wrong?
Email us as soon as you can after ordering. If we haven’t started printing yet, we’ll fix it right away.
What if I’m not happy with it?
